**Responsibilities**:

- To troubleshoot breakdown related to building specially electrician work
- To attend non-compliance & rectified in daily basis
- To conduct schedules preventive maintenance according to checklist.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on all the system and utilities within the building premise and supermarket area
- To monitor renovation works.
- To attend to maintenance ticket requests.
- Maintain all tools and machinery under the company care (Forklift, jack, weighing machine, cold room, ice machine etc.)
- To carry out instructions as directed by the Superior.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in building or related field is required for this position.
- Working Hours: Shift (Able to work on shift and weekend/PH)
- Required Skill(s): Electrician skill
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Maintenance (Facilities or equivalent)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
