**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee subordinate personnel in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Set up the kitchen with equipment provided within the budget
- Control cost and stock level of the Ingredient or Item from the Kitchen
- Monitoring food quality and ensure appealing plate presentation before serving
- Study and develop new menu when necessary
- Helping the SOUS Chef or Head Chef to develop new dishes
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as and when instructed
**Qualification & Experience Level**:
- Proven Chef experience
- Advanced knowledge of Western Cuisine
- Previous experience in Fine Dine Restaurant or 5 Star Hotel will be a plus point
**Required Skill(s)**:
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Great team player and able to work well as part of a hospitality groups
- Positive attitude and flexible to work for different shift
