**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist in Procurement Activities**:

- Support in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery reliability.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and generating purchase requisitions when needed.

**Vendor Coordination**:

- Communicate with suppliers to follow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in building and maintaining positive supplier relationships.

**Support Cost-Saving Initiatives**:

- Research potential vendors and recommend cost-effective alternatives.
- Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\

**Administrative Support**:

- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for procurement meetings.
- Handle routine correspondence related to purchasing activities.

Pay: From RM1,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
