Job Requirement:

- Education level SPM and above & at least 1 year telemarketing experience.
- Mandarin speaker are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) knowledge will be added advantage.
- Have prior Customers Service or Telemarketing experience is preferable.
- Available to work immediately.

Job Descriptions:

- Promote products and services to prospect customer with provided script.
- Deal directly with customer through telephone.
- Make outbounds calls to new customers.
- Record customers inquiries.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
- Calling to follow up leads.
- Potential leads will be provided.
