**RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Inventory Management:

- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, update inventory levels, and generate reports.
- Production planning and Supplier Coordination:

- Work closely with project team to plan production schedule and align manufacturing processes with inventory needs.
- Collaborate closely with various manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to secure timely deliveries of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Logistics and Distribution:

- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure efficient movement of finished products from factories to warehouses and distribution points.
- Risk Management:

- Monitor and maintain quality throughout the supply chain to deliver products that meet customer expectations.
- Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments that could impact the supply chain.
- Communication and Reporting:

- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding order status, delays, and changes.
- Generate and present regular reports on stock levels, procurement activities, and supply chain performance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to supply chain operations.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
