**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily operations of the production floor to meet delivery timelines, quality standards, and production targets.
- Plan and organize production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and capacity.
- Supervise and provide guidance to production supervisors, team leaders, and line operators.
- Ensure that production processes comply with ISO standards, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
- Monitor production output, downtime, yield, and efficiency and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with planning, engineering, QA/QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement solutions to minimize disruption and improve productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement (KAIZEN, 5S, Lean Manufacturing) across production processes and layout.
- Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and root cause analyses to senior management.
- Ensure adequate training, performance evaluation, and development of production staff.
- Enforce discipline, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the factory.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in precision manufacturing or high-volume machining environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, metal fabrication, or precision component assembly processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiar with production planning systems (e.g., ERP/MRP) and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work across departments.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 (depending on the industry served) is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
