**Personal Assistant (Pre-Sale) cum Admin**

**Responsibilities**:

- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries by providing accurate information to all clients.
- Assist in sales data analysis to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Manage inventory related to sales activities, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales-related documentation, invoice, such as contracts, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence, meetings, and events on behalf of Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information.
- Any additional duties related to service support not listed above.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or other related fields.
- At least 1 years of working experience in an office setting or customer service-related field.
- Familiar with data entry/retrieval of information using computer software programs.
- Basic SAP knowledge is needed.
- Good command in English.
- Mandarin (Optional).

**Schedule**
- Monday - Friday (8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.)
- Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

**Supplemental pay types**
- Sales Commission.
- Performance bonus.

**Salary**: RM2,200 - RM 2,500 per month
