Assistant Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination, attendance tracking, and staff welfare management.
- Assist in finance-related tasks such as invoice processing, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is well-organized.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for procurement and office maintenance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
