Customer Service Reservation Officer Setia Alam

**Responsibilities**:
- Review daily arrival list for next day and ensure necessary correspondence for the purpose of billing are present and all information are correctly updated.
- Monitor call handling so that opportunities in up-selling are maximized.
- Communicate with guest ,bookers ,travel agents and inter
- department colleagues on room reservation related matters ,i.e room requirments, special request ,billing instructions ,payment collection etc
- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all incoming correspondence pertaining to room reservation
- Process room reservation with utmost accuracy,attention to details and speed
- Provide assistance to the team for special requests or problems that may arise in the department.
**Requirements**:
- With experience as hotel reservations are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh Graduates, Part Time, Internship are welcome
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and with good follow-up skills.
- Positive work attitude and able to work in a team environment
Job Benefits:
