**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all incoming correspondence pertaining to room reservation
- Process room reservation with utmost accuracy, attention to details and speed
- Provide assistance to the team for special requests or problems that may arise in the department.
- manner and reply to guests soonest possible.
- Monitor call handling so that opportunities in up-selling are maximized.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Learn thoroughly the sales/client acquisition process.
- Develop and execute innovative customer service and sales strategies.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Possess good teamwork and networking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and working in a highly team-based environment.
- Keen interest in digitalization and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Additional Details**:

- Location: Setia Alam
- Internship Duration Duration: 6 months, possible for conversion
