**Job Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and driving service revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**Service Department Leadership**:Lead and manage a team of skilled technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
Set clear performance expectations and provide guidance and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds service standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.

**Customer Service Excellence**:Exceptional customer service by ensuring all customer interactions meet or exceed expectations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Service Operations Management**:Oversees the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.
Monitor and manage service technicians' productivity and efficiency to maximize service capacity.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.

**Inventory and Parts Management**:Collaborate with the parts department to ensure efficient inventory control and availability of necessary parts and accessories.
Monitor and control expenses related to service operations.

**Quality Assurance**:Implements and maintain jaecoo's quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

**Financial Performance**:Develop and manage the service department budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably with Proton or other reputable automotive brands.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in using automotive service software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
