**Qualification**:

- Consultant shall possess a with a Degree or minimum Diploma with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in logistic EHS support.
- Consultant shall have at least two (2) years of working directly in a Malaysia Upstream Operator supporting supply base and logistic operations.
- Experience in conducting a Job Hazard Analysis.
- Experience in organizing EHS campaigns.
- Familiar with EHS incident reporting process.
- Experience in EHS incident investigation.
- Experience in delivering training /coaching.
- Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWAM).
- Certification of Competency as Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH).

**Job Purpose**:

- Constantly review base activities (especially high risk activities), and ensure activities are planned and carried out as per Contractor or Hess procedures
- Provide EHS support to Logistics daily activities (Marine, Aviation, Land Transport)
- Provide training (e.g. Chemical Management, Waste Management, Hess Rules, etc)
- Conduct Hess induction for base personnel, visitors, and contractors
- Conduct onboarding and EHS inspection for vessels - Contractor Management
- To support / facilitate incident reporting and investigation
- Undertake visits to Kota Bharu helibase as necessary to ensure compliance to Hess procedure during the dispatch of passenger to offshore locations
- Ensure all scheduled wastes are disposed as per HESS Waste Management Plan
- Organize/assist drug and alcohol testing program at helibase and KSB/TBSB as necessary
- Provide support for Hess emergency response activities at shore bases including training, drills and incident response
- To support and roll out business initiatives from central EHS group
- Offshore visit and roving when required
