**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Group EHS Capability & Engagement Lead** to strengthen Wilmar’s global **EHS culture** and **workforce competency**. This role leads Group-wide programs on **safety capability development**, **leadership training**, and **workforce engagement**, ensuring alignment with our **2030 EHS Strategic Plan**. You will play a critical part in building competencies, driving global campaigns, and leveraging digital tools — including LMS, dashboards, analytics, and video-based learning modules — to deliver consistent standards across regions with local adaptability.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/PhD a plus).
- **Proven experience** in Learning & Development, Capability Building, or Talent Management, ideally in EHS, safety, or compliance.
- Familiar with **EHS systems, safety standards, and safety culture-building**.
- Strong **digital learning expertise** — able to design and manage LMS modules, create engaging e-learning content, and use multimedia tools (e.g., video editing, interactive learning design).
- Proficient with **LMS platforms, e-learning tools, SAP HR, and data analytics**.
- Optional certifications: Train-the-Trainer (TTT), Instructional Design, Leadership Coaching, or Safety/HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA).
- Languages**:English and Mandarin preferred**; Malay or other languages a plus.
- Strong **communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills** across cultures and organizational levels.
- **Innovative, collaborative, and results-driven** in multi-country/global settings.

**Responsibilities**:
**Capability Building**
- Design and implement frameworks to build EHS competence across functions and regions.
- Lead deployment and improvement of the **Learning Management System (Litmos LMS)** and digital learning tools.
- Develop training matrices, competency mapping, and succession planning for critical EHS roles.

**Engagement & Culture**
- Drive global campaigns (e.g., Life-Saving Rules, OHS campaigns) to embed safety culture.
- Enhance leadership visibility and frontline engagement through structured programs.
- Promote best practice sharing and peer-to-peer learning across global sites.

**Governance & Reporting**
- Track and report capability and engagement KPIs to Group EHS Leadership.
- Provide assurance during audits, reviews, and external disclosures.

**Digitalization & Innovation**
- Enhance digital learning content, analytics, and dashboards to measure impact.
- Explore new learning innovations (AI, video-based learning, interactive tools).

**Collaboration**
- Partner with HR, L&D, and EHS leaders to ensure alignment across Group operations.
- Support country and site teams by closing critical skill and engagement gaps.
