**SKOP KERJA**:

- Bertanggungjawab menyediakan jadual tugas (duty roster) untuk staf kitchen yang tertakluk kepada approval Kitchen Manager / Eksekutif Chef.
- Membantu Kitchen Manager / Eksekutif Chef menyediakan pelbagai laporan yang diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan.
- Membantu Kitchen Manager / Eksekutif Chef dengan perancangan menu baru.
- Mengendalikan pengurusan Event Order untuk kitchen department.
- Menyediakan daily/weekly costing untuk pembelian bahan mentah/menu untuk setiap event order.
- Menyediakan invois (Inter-Company billing invoice) bagi setiap Event Order untuk dihantar ke akaun department.
- Menyelaraskan dan menguruskan keperluan logistik bagi staf kitchen/outlet ke lokasi event.
- Menguruskan dan menyelenggara petty cash untuk kitchen department.
- Menguruskan semua aspek berkaitan part-timer kitchen department, termasuk pemantauan kehadiran dan proses pembayaran part-timer.
- Membantu dalam penyediaan tender atau permohonan sebutharga yang berkaitan dengan menu.
- Memastikan semua rekod dan dokumen rasmi kitchen department dikemas kini dan diuruskan secara sistematik.
- Menyediakan dan mengemaskini semua dokumentasi yang diperlukan untuk permohonan dan pembaharuan sijil halal/MyCatering dan yang berkaitan.
- Membantu Purchasing & Halal Executive dalam skop kerja Halal.
- Menyediakan kitchen food tag dan kerja-kerja admin.
- Berkomunikasi dan bekerjasama dengan purchasing serta jabatan lain untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi.
- Melaksanakan sebarang tugasan ad-hoc yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.

**KELAYAKAN**:

- SPM/Diploma dalam bidang Kulinari/Hospitaliti atau yang berkaitan.
- Mempunyai sekurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang kulinari, F&B/Hotel
- Mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
