**Customer Service Executive**
MYR 2,000 - 2,800 + allowance

Monday-Friday -9am-6pm
Kuala Lumpur

Nature of Business : IT solutions provider

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture and resolve issues reported by customers, liaise with technical team as and when needed.
- Perform remote access to client desktop PCs to diagnose and resolve any issues reported by customer when necessary.
- Provide after-office-hour support at home on rotation basis (allowance, laptop/tablet and phone are provided).
- Ensure customers are fully satisfied with the efficient and excellent services provided at all times.
- Document and report to team lead daily on work progress and issues.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably executives specializing in customer service, helpdesk or equivalent with 1 year experience on handling phone calls.
- Excellent team player with positive attitude, resourceful & high level of enthusiasm.
- Proficient in basic computer skills is required.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer focus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
