Laser Cutting Operator

**RESPONSIBILITY**:
a) Performs process operation **(laser cutting)** and confirms process and **product quality**.
b) Responsible to **move** material, work in the **progress** and products to the designated areas.
c) Carries out **process check** and records result (if required).
d) Complies with **working rules and procedures**.
e) Keeps **work area** need and tidy.
f) In charge of **incoming raw material**, ordering of material & spare parts for work order product.
g) Responsible for **material calculation**.
h) Prepare job order & ensure goods are delivered on time.
i) Prepare & control of hardcopy document i.e. F-24 checklist and machinery service report.
j) To prepare LKL-30 Control form for Spray Paints and undertake other related jobs as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
k) Follow instructions of the Team Leader when working.
l) Reports any equipment or process malfunction to the Supervisor
m) Implement and maintain QMS, in accordance to ISO 9001 / EN ISO 13485.

n) Process involved : Grinding, Punching, Bending, Spot Welding etc. (Each process operator take charge for 1 of the process only)

**QUALIFICATIONS AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT**:
a) Primary education but not necessary if with working experience.
b) Welding related certificates/academic qualification are compulsory for welder.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
