**Responsibilities**:

- **Certification and Documentation**:

- Maintain, review, and update Halal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Halal Assurance System (HAS) documents, and other Halal-related documentation.
- Liaise with certification bodies during audits and ensure compliance with Halal standards.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Develop and deliver Halal training programs for production staff, management, and other relevant personnel.
- Ensure staff understand Halal principles and regulations to maintain Halal integrity throughout the production process.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular internal Halal audits to identify and address any potential non-compliance issues.
- Monitor and verify the Halal status of incoming raw materials and ingredients.
- Oversee production processes to ensure they adhere to Halal guidelines and prevent contamination.
- Manage and maintain Halal traceability records.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Stay updated on changes in Halal regulations and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding Halal matters.
- Prepare reports on Halal activities and compliance for management review.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with the development of new Halal products and ensure they comply with Halal requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential Halal opportunities for the company.
- Manage Halal-related customer inquiries and complaints.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Islamic Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Halal principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to train and educate others on Halal matters.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa.
