Job Description:

1) To perform in-process and out-going production inspection to ensure conformance to quality systems or product specifications including packaging quality.

2) To monitor and conduct inspection on all production lines including operators.

3) To carry out checks on out stock, returned goods and prepare analysis report.

4) To perform periodic lab tests on products.

5) To work closely with production department and warehouse on delivery.

6) To liaise with health authorities and government bodies on QC related matters.

7) To liaise with raw material suppliers as and when is required.

8) To continuous carry out necessary QC initiatives and implementation in order to maintain or improve quality standard of products.

9) To prepare QC report and procedure documentation.

10) To observe/ensure good housekeeping and orderliness in production and R&D areas.

11) To perform routine checks and maintenance of QC equipment.

Any other tasks that are being assigned by your superior or Management.

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Food Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years (s) of relevant experience in the Food Quality and Manufacturing environment. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge and own certification in Food Safety Standard: HACCP, GMP, HALAL EXECUTIVE.
  • Having strong analytical knowledge and ability to solve problems.
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and can be a good team player.
  • Possess own transport and able to work at Taman Perindustrian Ehsan Jaya, Kepong.

Working Hour: Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm

Strong communication in a multi-cultural environment/international exposure.

Zhen Mei Wei Sauce Manufacturing Sdn Bhd was established since 2014 as a manufacturing company. During its early years it operated as a small-scale manufacturer and subsequently in 2019 successfully expanded into a food manufacturer with Halal certification till today.

The main products of Zhen Mei Wei Sauce Manufacturing Sdn Bhd are cooking sauce and paste. Zhen Mei Wei Sauce Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is awarded by CCA (Consumer's Choice Awards) 2022.
