J208-Junior IT Operations Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Bandar Tun Razak, WP Kuala Lumpur

RM4,000 - RM6,500 Per Month

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in **Computer Science, Information Technology**, or a related field (**or equivalent experience**).
- **Advanced degree or relevant certifications** are a plus.
- **Language proficiency**:Mandarin** and **English**.
- At least **1 year of experience** in **Management Information Systems** or **Operations**.
- Experience in **working with operating systems** that are based on **Unix or Linux**.
- Experience in **creating, configuring, and maintaining at least two monitoring tools** (such as **SNMP, Cacti, Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus**, etc.).
- Familiarity with **HA & App SLB structure**.
- Familiarity with **ELK, Redis, Grafana**.

**Responsibilities**
- **Assist in daily IT operations**, ensuring that **systems and networks** are running smoothly and ensuring **system uptime and maintenance**.
- **Monitor system performance**, including **CPU, memory, hard disk, and database usage**.
- **Identify issues and escalate problems** to upper levels when necessary.
- **Troubleshoot and resolve first-line problems**, identifying root causes and providing solutions.
- **Willingness to participate** in the **24/7 shift rotation**.
- **Assist in the implementation and enhancement** of **IT infrastructure and operations projects**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,500.00 per month
