Summary

The Junior Operations Executive will support daily operational activities, assist in process coordination, and ensure smooth service delivery to both internal teams and car dealers. This role will also provide light administrative support to the COO, focused mainly on coordination tasks.

Operations Support

  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of activities.
  • Monitor incoming service requests and ensure they are processed within expected timelines.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, data summaries, and simple analyses for management review.
  • Work closely with internal teams (IT, Customer Service, Business Development) to resolve operational issues.
  • ·Support onboarding processes for car dealers and partners when required.
  • Help maintain and update SOPs, internal records, and documentation.

Coordination Support to COO (Light PA Duties)

  • Assist with basic coordination tasks such as scheduling internal meetings or follow-up reminders.
  • Support the COO in organising documents, tracking action items, and ensuring operational tasks are completed.
  • Prepare simple briefing notes or summaries when needed

Skills & experience required

  • Diploma in Operations, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of work experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
