Job Description: Junior Executive of Fundraising & Communications Position: Junior Executive of Fundraising & Communications Position Overview: Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? IJN Foundation is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Executive, Fundraising & Communications to join our team. This role requires you to execute impactful fundraising campaigns/initiatives, communicate our mission to diverse audiences, and build strong relationships with corporate and individual donors. Key Responsibilities: - Fundraising & Donor Engagement: Execute fundraising strategies, including direct appeals, corporate partnerships, crowdfunding, and events to meet annual targets. - Communications & Marketing: Plan and implement communication strategies, engage with media, manage social media, and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. - Event Management: Assist in organising and executing fundraising events, including budget preparation and post-event reporting. - Corporate Relations: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential corporate donors. - Administrative Support: Maintain donor databases and ensure all donor acknowledgments, accordingly and promptly. **Qualifications & Skills**: - Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. - Experience: Fresh graduates or those with 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, event management, marketing, or public relations. **Skills**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative and innovative thinking. - Good organizational abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
