Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen and forward all the incoming phone calls.
- Helping maintain workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Ensure the building is in clean and tidy condition.
- Meal servings to board of directors/ VIP guests when needed.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year experience is preferred but fresh graduates also encourage to apply.
- Pleasant personality, polite and tactful.
- Good communication skills.
- Good at computer usage eg: Microsoft Office.
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage to hire, because most of our client is come from China.
