Receptionist Admin Executive

Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Manage & maintaining office air-conditional & electrical work
- Maintaining office cleanliness, hygiene and Covid-19 SOP.
- Set up & manage company fix line and employees business line.
- Replenish office’s pantry refreshment & supply.
- Record monthly company expenses (utilities, internet & water) for Plant & Branches.
- Organising any company festive & event.
- Managing company courier services
- Staff hostel management
- Draft Business Admin memo, setting new SOP and proposal.
- Manage all branches corporate identity documents. (Letter head & envelop).
- Monitoring branches expenses and generate monthly report comparison.
- Compilation of branch Licensing & Agreements.
- To perform / assist in any matters / task when required and assigned by your superior.
**Job Requirements**
- Junior level, specialized in business support or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Discipline, independent, word hard and well time management.
- Preferably good communication and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
