**Job description** About the job**

To develop and deliver the payment roadmap in the markets across all channels, in collaboration with global/local stakeholders. Secure the compliance of our systems and processes with the local regulations, and obtain the necessary permits/ registrations.

**Your assignment**
- Oversee and evaluate development stages and project progress by liaising with payment providers and/or external vendors, delivering effective services and solutions.
- Work with project stakeholders at all levels from project initiation, planning, execution, delivery and handover.
- Steer payment mix to lower payment cost.
- Drive the Payment Service Provider tender and MDR rates with local market banks.
- Negotiating contracts with local market banks.
- Plan the budget for development and implementation and update budget status to the relevant stakeholders.
- Research and develop market relevance payment solutions in all touchpoints (eg. e-Wallets, QR, Instalment Payment Plan, e-Gift card & coupons).
- Research and develop remote point of sales and payment solutions.
- Develop refunds and compensation to customers not in store.
- Ensure project documentation and learnings are shared with the stakeholders.

**Qualification** Your profile**
- Broad knowledge in a payment and/or compliance position.
- Broad knowledge in Project management experience.
- Good stakeholder’s management.
- Knowledge in know-how on store processes, methods and supporting IT solutions.
- Understanding of customer and operational needs.
- Strong communication appetite that inspires others to act in the same way.
- Clear problem-solving capabilities and an agile approach in challenging situations.
- Share the IKEA values.
