**POSITION**: CORPORATE COMMUNICATION (INTERNSHIP)

**Job Highlights**:
The Corporate Communications Intern is responsible for managing the organisation’s external and internal communications. By managing an effective corporate communication strategy and working with stakeholders in the organisation, to ensure that all levels of employees have access to the organisation’s intended message. You should also promote a positive public image and manage the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and manage an effective corporate communication strategy
2. Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, etc.)
3. Draft contents for external communications (website, LinkedIn, etc.)
4. Create marketing and promotional materials
5. Assist in communication of strategies or messages from stakeholders
6. Takes part in the continuous improvement process to improve productivity and quality
7. Attends training as scheduled
8. Complies with, and supports operational procedures/policies
9. Complies with relevant safety, quality, and environmental programs
10. Perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

**Requirements**:
1. Displays an excellent command of English and Malay
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
3. Skilled at working with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
4. Adept at copywriting and editing
5. Knowledge in photography is a bonus
6. Diligent with great attention to detail
7. Willingness to learn is a must
9. Minimum 3 months internship period
