**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement
- Tactical and process-oriented problem solving
- Strong professional experience in Procurement functions or Supply Chain functions
- Prior managerial experience in Sourcing & Procurement, experience in strategic sourcing, and procure to pay transformation
- Experience in leading team members on activities such as process and maturity assessment, technology evaluation, opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation and implementation of recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
- Good team player
