Payroll Junior Executive

Process and manage payroll for all employees, including the generation of payslips.
- Handle statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement to all employees.
- Prepare payroll reports and statements for management review.
- Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining accurate payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
- Assist the HR personnel in charge of the hostel by accompanying them on visits and conducting spot checks to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage monthly office purchases, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary supplies.
- Support the Human Resource team with payroll-related tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of the InfoTech payroll system.
- Strong understanding of payroll practices and regulations.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
