Reconciliation Team Lead
- Managing and developing the reconciliation team
- Review daily outages for all countries and ensure appropriate actions have been taken
- Review, support and monitor the chargeback process
- Review monthly, year to date, and annual summary of reconciliation for all countries
- Identify problems and develop solutions for areas in connection with reconciliation reports
- Manage appropriate disposition and/or action to resolve discrepancies and process documented
- Assist and create sustainable models for reconciliation workings, suggest areas for automation
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that all outages assigned are cleared in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Experience reconciling large and complex data
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of working within systems to improve business processes
- Solid knowledge of Power Query / Power BI
- Advanced computer software skills, including analytical tools and Excel
- Ability to identify errors & determining root causes
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
