**Job description**

This role is responsible to monitor and coordinate export shipments. To oversee shipping section and manage documentations, records and liaise with service providers to ease operational activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, organizing and manage import/export operational activities by ensuring effective shipping documents preparation and submission to authorities.
- Responsible for order processing includes Sales Order, Delivery Order until invoice preparations in SQL to be ready on time which are controlled, monitored, supervised or operated by this position.
- Work with internal team and external parties to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule as per required.
- Well versed with custom clearance and international shipping requirements as well as Incoterms.
- Determine corresponding to all relevant shipping costs and analyse on shipping related expenses.
- Work closely with relevant department and leads Shipping team in continuous improvement of system changes, workflows, written procedures and work instructions.
- Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by HOD or Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in logistics, import/export, inventories & shipping documentations.
- Well verse in sea, land and shipments.
- Good command of English
- Knowing Mandarin is added advantage to work with China vendor.
