**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Provide general clerical support to other departments when needed.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external communication.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
