- 1) Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
- 2) Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
- 3) Cook food in timely manner.
- 4) Delegate tasks to kitchen staff-all branches.
- 5) Ensure appealing plate presentation.
- 6) Supervise Cooks and assist as needed to all branches.
- 7) Monitor food quality and check freshness of food.
- 8) Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients and menu.
