**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Supervise daily activities at production lines and ensure subcontractor produce produts of high quality & sufficient quantity
- Frequently communicate and report to engineer for any problems in this regard
- Supervise daily production & loading activities at assigned production lines
- Plan with factory head on casting regarding type of products & quantities to cast that customer orders are fulfilled. To follow production plan/schedules.
- Perform routine checks on moulds condition and wheather moulds are in correct specifications according to production drawings.
- Complete daily productive/QAQC checklists.
- Submit daily production reports.
- Ensure all products are stenciled with serial numbers daily for product identification & traceability.
- Ensure correct concrete mix design are bring used in accordance with production drawings and concrete ordered in correct quantities
- Coordinate with logistics dept on loading activities and lorry estimated arrival time to ensure products delivered to customer on time and according to specific requirement.
- Perform month -end stock count as assigned by superior
- Submit verified documents to relevant parties on time
- Supervise all activities are done ina safe manner and adhere to site safety requirements
- Carry out good housekeeping at production lines.
- To carry out any other tasks or function as assigned by superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the precast concrete field
- Reliable and consistent work quality
- Respect intructions & deadlines
- Independent & sense of responsibilities
- Team work & interpersonal skills
- Have good communication & coordination capabilities
- Fresh graduate are welcomed
