Admin Customer Service

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
2. Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles is preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
6. Knowledge of the driving education industry is a plus.
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollments, payments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate and schedule driving lessons with instructors and students.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
- Prepare and organize training materials for driving courses
- Act as the primary point of contact for students and prospective drivers, providing courteous and helpful assistance.
- Assist students with the registration process and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with driving instructors to schedule lessons and maintain an up-to-date calendar.
- Send reminders to students about upcoming lessons and ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, lesson completion, and exam results.
- Prepare reports related to student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Keep accurate records of financial transactions and provide regular reports to management.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
