Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Inanam Juta

Working Hour: 8am -5.30pm ( MON - SAT )
- Sunday & Public Holiday DAY OFF

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for executing our digital marketing strategy, managing content across social media platforms, and supporting campaign coordination to grow our brand presence and customer engagement online.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule posts across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, messages, etc.)
- Create basic visuals using Canva or Adobe Photoshop, and edit short videos for social media
- Run and optimize paid social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth

2. Content Marketing
- Develop or coordinate articles, captions, video scripts, and creative materials
- Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all channels
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions

3. Campaign Coordination
- Plan and execute online promotions, festive campaigns, or product launches
- Work closely with the Service Advisor or Sales Team to ensure campaign alignment
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize in real-time, and prepare post-campaign analysis

4. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing (if applicable)
- Identify, liaise, and collaborate with influencers, KOLs, or brand partners
- Manage deliverables, timelines, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut)
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, and social media ad platforms
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in team and meet deadlines
