About the role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at 3K Cleaning & Renovation Enterprise' in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  • Creating compelling content such as brochures, videos, and social media posts to showcase our services and expertise
  • Conducting market research to identify target audiences, analyse competitors, and gain insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
  • Monitoring and analysing marketing performance, and optimising strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing initiatives remain innovative and effective

  • Proven experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably within the cleaning and renovation industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and web analytics
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
