Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns (both online and offline)
  • Manage company social media platforms, website content, and advertising materials
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy
  • Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive brand awareness and sales growth
  • Monitor, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns (ROI, engagement rate, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin/Malay
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in FMCG / retail / beauty / food & beverage industry
  • Basic design skills using Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Knowledge of content creation, shooting, and editing short videos for social media
