Main Responsibilities


•       To assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.


•       To ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department.


•       To support in organizing various projects, events and other related marketing fields.

  • To support the team by managing reports,data,and documentation,ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • To act according to SOPs to ensure proper internal controls are established as well as creating a clear and smooth operational environment.


•       Compile and format daily, weekly, monthly, and management reports (Blue/Chocolate reports) on time and accurately.


•       Gather data from various sources, including footfall counts, payment systems, inventory management systems, and risk assessment reports.


•       Maintain and update relevant documents and files on Microsoft Teams for easy access and collaboration.


•       Develop and implement effective filing systems for electronic and physical documents.

Team Management


•       To work as a team able to cooperate and communicate well to ensure smooth work processes.


•       Instill discipline, integrity and positive work culture in the and encourage professional development in terms of knowledge and awareness of industry developments to stay relevant and ahead of the market.

Financial Responsibilities


•       Implement a proper, auditable, and transparent procurement process.


•       Generation of status/update reports in a timely and professional manner on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Other Responsibilities


•       Understand and comply with all relevant company rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures.


•       Conduct in a professional and responsible manner at all times to promote a good and proper image of the company.


•       Undertake other duties which may arise or may be delegated from time to time, commensurate with the skills and experience required for this post.


•       Working outside the standard working hours is an expected part of the job, as necessary, especially when dealing with incidents, crisis, and other operational issues and to report on such issues promptly to the supervisor.


•       Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional and courteous customer service.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirement(s)


•       Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.


•       Minimum 1 year experience in marketing.


•       Able to operate Microsoft Office 365 and utilize its functions, wherever applicable.
