**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
- Researching for new leads
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Upselling products and services

**Required**:

- Is willing to work on-site
- Working Hours : 10AM - 10PM
- 8 working hour + 1 hour lunch break per day
- Has at least 6 months of outbound experience
- Able to speak in Hokkien and type in Mandarin. This is required as Teammates will provide support for Taiwan customer
