**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high performance and development.
- Handle sensitive and complex financial matters with professionalism.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and delicate financial information with discretion.
- Able to communicate effectively in both **Mandarin and English**, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
