- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job seeking platforms.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Determines applicant qualifications by analyzing responses, verifying. references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the superiors.
- Understanding current legislation, provide training to new joiners.
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations.
- Adhere to personal data privacy regulations.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks.
- Degree in any field.
- At least one year of working experience, prefer from the recruitment industry.
- Fresh Graduate with relevant internship experience is encourage to apply.
- Good proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
- Sales-oriented.
