Support annual plan development and calendar of activities for channel
- Prepare periodic reports and material related to subordinate issues and Sales Organization to support company growth
- Communicate plan effectiveness results and make proactive recommendations for improvements
- Collects and summarizes business risks and opportunities
- Manage timelines and lead deliverables for all line reviews within the scope of responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development and improvement of the Planning and Incentive Tools and Systems
- Supervising employees and providing additional training and coaching as needed to ensure everyone is performing their job properly and achieving the company's target
- Communicate and work together with the variance depart to resolve the issue related to the department's performance
- Compile and analyze market, end-user, and channel knowledge gaps and creates a summary for the business to review
- Tracks and maintains appropriate cost center budget elements and communicates issue
- Training employees in proper safety procedures and providing training updates as needed
- Develops, recommends, and executes channel strategy related to Sales
- Gather competitive and marketplace intelligence and share it with the organization, ultimately constructing a competitive profile and comp shop analysis
- Helps align plan, create and modify new or existing processes with aligned company policies
- Support the design of plans that motivate the Sales Force and align with Corporate objectives

**; Requirements**:
- Must have relevant experience in the commission-based industry, e.g. insurance, banking, or direct sales company, of over 3 years
- At least 3 - 6 years of working experience in the related field
- Minimum of 3 years in managing people
- Strong market understanding
- Strong in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent in verbal communication and time management
- Strong leadership abilities and understanding of team-building concepts and techniques
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
