JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You Will Do:
Project Management & Execution:
- Drive and manage cross-functional teams to execute ESG initiatives.- Support and lead both internal and external ESG projects, including:
- Internal ESG initiatives aligned with corporate KPIs and scorecards.- External collaborations with regulators, partners, customers, and communities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, regulators, customers, NGOs, and internal teams to align ESG objectives.- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate engagement efforts to drive ESG awareness and adoption.- Coordinate and execute corporate responsibility positioning and community initiatives.

Strategic ESG Program Development & Reporting:
- Develop, track, and monitor ESG initiatives to ensure alignment with global reporting frameworks and standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD- Formulate impactful proposals and strategic recommendations for management and stakeholder approval.- Communicate ESG progress effectively through reports, presentations, and corporate communications.

Event & Initiative Coordination:
- Plan, manage, and execute corporate events, community programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.- Ensure smooth implementation of ESG programs by organising, monitoring, and evaluating their impact.

REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are:
- Strong passion for sustainability initiatives, with a proactive, self-starter attitude to drive new projects that challenge the status quo.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.- Meticulous attention to detail in reporting and project execution.- Passionate about ESG topics, including environmental sustainability, social impact, community engagement, and youth development, with familiarity in UNSDG goals.- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), ESG, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, or corporate events.- Specialist knowledge in running corporate events, ESG-related initiatives, and experience in engaging with ministries and NGOs.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently while working in a fast-paced environment.- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
