**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible to the Contract & Procurement Management Department (CPMD) for day to day matching of payment claim, generation of purchase order and procurement process.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Received and record the requisition note and form
- Issuance of purchase order within stipulated time
- Processing all invoice claim from supplier/vendor and submitted to account department
- To conduct supplier/vendor evaluation to assess vendors capabilities and performance through joint visit with the representatives from other department (users) and Quality Department
- Conduct and evaluate sourcing process, quotations, commercial negotiation to ensure quality, price, delivery and service are met and expediting purchases/ services / construction with liaison with users/vendors
- Compare prices, evaluate the specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers / vendors
- to import data from sun system to excel format for assessment and submission of monthly PO report to Account Department
**QUALIFICATION**
- Possess Diploma in Quantity Surveyor and Engineering
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field
- Able to work at Shah Alam and possess own transportation
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
