Invoicing Clerk

Our division in Rental & Wholesale of warehouse equipment's is currently looking for suitable candidate to join INVOICING CLERK to support increasing sales and distribution business activities for fast selling of spare part products and forklift rentals. The ideal candidate shall fit some proportion of the brief description and experience that is stated below.
Job Summary
- Gather contract details and sales information from customer accurately.
- Perform sales data entry & generate E-invoice from SQL systems.
- Ensure correct data and information is safety stored in computers
- Update sales records and update collection reports every month.
- Monitor payment transaction from customers every monthly.
- Asist to prepare general ledger accounting entries and payment postings.
- Checking on staff monthly claims, submit for Management approvals.
- Summarize monthly spare parts movement, stock balance & price change.
- Prepare monthly invoice, statements, delivery orders or service chit to customers.
Requirements
- SPM/Cert in Accounting/Related.
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL).
- Can start in short notice.
- Based at Sime UEP Industrial Park, Shah Alam.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
