**Job Description: Content Creator**

**Position Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production**
- Develop, plan, and execute high-quality content (copy, photo, video, graphics, and short-form reels) for multiple platforms.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for campaigns, product launches, and expo promotions.

**Digital & Social Media**
- Manage and grow brand presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Produce engaging daily/weekly posts, stories, and reels to build community engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content based on insights.

**Brand Storytelling & Copywriting**
- Write compelling captions, product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
- Assist in creating educational content for parents/customers that highlights product benefits and lifestyle fit.
- Conceptualize creative campaigns in line with brand themes (e.g., brand stories, parenting solutions, baby food, expos, giveaways).

**Design & Creative Support**
- Work closely with product designers and marketing strategists to ensure packaging, expo materials, and ads are aligned with the brand.
- Provide creative input on mascots, product illustrations, and merchandising concepts.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required).
- Strong skills in copywriting, photography, video editing, and graphic design (Adobe Suite/Canva/CapCut).
- Familiar with social media trends, algorithms, and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Fluent in **English and Malay**; Chinese or Korean proficiency is a plus.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Passionate about **consumer products/home appliances/mother & baby / parenting industry**.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Diligent, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with fast-paced projects.

**Work Conditions**
- Location: [Kelana Business Centre, 2 minutes walk to LRT Glenmarie].
