**Responsibilities**:

- Act as first contact person for technical issues inquiries.
- Assist customers regarding any technical issues and provide excellent technical assistance for the customers (remote troubleshooting).

**Job Requirements**:

- Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
- SPM Minimum - Full Training Provided

**Work Arrangement**:

- Rotational shifts
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 5 working days a week with 2 days off (depending on scheduled shifts)
- The earliest shifts starts at 7AM
- The last shift ends at 3AM

**Salary Package**:

- Basic Salary: RM2,300
- KPI/Attendance allowance: RM500
- Shift allowance: RM400
- Salary: Up to RM 3,200 per month

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
