Lead the technical team in maintaining the technical and operation aspect of the building. this include utilities supply and discharge system, electrical and mechanical, fire fighting, plumbing, & building services
- Perform facility maintenance planning & execution including planned preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, corrective maintenance and routine inspection
- Formulate checklist for routine inspection.
- Respond to emergency call and 24 hour standby basis
- plan, formulate, manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the building.
- Review the facilities management programs and service contract
- Ensure the reliability and the efficiency of plant and equipment
- To co-ordinate with the team on any other task as per required by the Superior

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills.
- Must be certified A4 Chargeman
- Strong troubleshooting, multitasking and problem solving skills.
- Supportive, independent and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Willing to work extra hours
