Lana's Bakery Land is the biggest baking ingredients and supply supermarket in Malaysia. We are located at Kota Damansara. Our range of products has diversified and expanded to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
Our aim is to bring different products and services to Lana's Bakery Land and the greater community through retail and wholesaling.
Now we are looking for self-motivated people with a positive attitude to join our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Liase and follow up with suppliers.
- Update internal database and daily inventory.
- Request quotation and negotiate for the best costing.
- To support overall purchasing operations and activities.
- Arranging documents for signing & filing.
- Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Update and maintain records of all orders, payment and received stock.
- Handle admin ad-hoc task as required.
- Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
- Any others duties when as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to learn and committed to work.
- Possess basic computer knowledge.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to start **IMMEDIATELY**.
