Purchasing Admin

Process and issue purchase orders (PO) for goods, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in the system.
- Liaise with suppliers on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Verify invoices, delivery orders, and quality of goods received.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment needs.
- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and negotiating pricing or contract terms.
- Prepare purchasing reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- 1-2 years of purchasing or administrative experience is an advantage (fresh graduates may apply).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proficient in **Mandarin, Malay** and **English**:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work within deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Mon-Fri (8.30-5.30pm/10-7pm)
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
