**Job Description Summary**: Clinical Specialist are expected to work closely with in-country Sales Personnel, Clinical Marketing Specialists and Marketing Leaders and play a strategic role in developing and executing impactful in-country clinical programs that is aligned to the regional strategy. The success of this role will rely largely on the individual's ability to execute segment-led initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify meaningful opportunities that will improve brand presence within the market.

Key responsibilities:
1. In-country Clinical Marketing Strategy Development
- Assist clinical marketing in translating regional strategy into country specific strategy
- Assist in identifying a key account’s strategy into country specific strategy
- Assist in identifying a key account’s strategic priorities and developing clinical solutions and appropriate value-added educational programs for them with a focus on holistic solution selling

2. In-country Marketing Strategy Execution
- Assist in planning and execution of new product launches
- Aligning product solutions and product positioning
- Development of educational/ training programs, tools and collateral, including digital marketing to support the local sales organization
- Ensuring proper internal review (e.g. Regulatory, Legal, Clinical) of all materials is conducted
- Supporting local sales organization in educational training activities, scientific meeting and scientific consulting
- Assist in collecting and reporting competitive intelligence and clinical development in market effective utilization of market research to investigate, challenge, support or validate hypotheses about product/ market, conduct customer VOCs
- Maintain a strong working partnership with external product advocators, key opinion leaders and collaboration partners to drive continuous clinical development and better patient outcomes

3. Management of Clinical and Marketing Resources
- Provide input on allocation / deployment of clinical resources and marketing materials
- Leverage on the BD Way of Marketing to ensure teams are engaging customers in a standardized way

**III. Preferred Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience in clinical marketing strategy planning through to execution in the Medical Device industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy or related science is required.
- Experience in Phlebotomy & Clinical Chemistry Laboratory, or Hematology Laboratory, or Core Laboratory Services would be an added advantage.

- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (i.e., written and spoken)
